My room was clean. I found the bed comfortable. Staff members were friendly too. Public transport into the city centre was easy. it was great. The price was good.
The hotel was quite worn. My room was at the top of a few flights of stairs. This made it difficult for me because I had a sprained ankle. I wish I had known about the stairs beforehand.

i found the location quite convenient near the park. a tesco store was very close. the tram stop was also nearby, with access to various destinations.
the walls were a bit thin. i could sometimes hear other guests.

The shower was very hot, that I enjoy. I received a friendly welcome upon arrival. The room was basic but clean, I could see. The bed was comfortable, it felt lovely.

I found the room well-kept. The bathroom fixtures looked modern, including a power shower. The hotel provided fresh towels daily and restocked toiletries. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This made mornings easier.

upgraded roomwarm welcome
i got upgraded to a family room. it had more than what i needed, awesome! dimitri gave me a warm welcome. he explained everything clearly and told me to eat quick before the food service closed at 10pm. if he did not said that i would go to bed hungry!

The location was great. A park was directly across the street from the hotel. I could easily hop on the tram due to the proximity (it's a very short walk).
The single chair provided in my room was not really enough furniture, as it would have been helpful to have a small table.
